Users agree to pay all service and course fees on time. Failure to complete payments may result in account suspension or removal from training batches.
Users are permitted to use our services for a trial period of up to 5 days. Please note that after 5 days of service usage or training, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Users must obtain the necessary consent from end users before sending WhatsApp messages. You are responsible for complying with all applicable data privacy laws while using our API services.

All WhatsApp Business API users must adhere to Meta's official guidelines. SarthTeL is not liable for account suspensions caused by violations of Meta's terms or spamming activities.
Students enrolled in our industrial training must maintain decorum. Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of projects and maintaining the required attendance.
